i was out

so i could begin
to plan an create
i went out
and decided to wait
i saw, ‘kids’ just thirteen
trying to look, ‘tough’ and ‘mean’
with the clothes,
they all decided to wear
i hurried past
i knew they were scared
but growing up,
does not last forever
it is a nightmare at times
but it does not last
i hurried in
i hurried out
could you not tell me,
what it is all about?
