The Thin Line

everyone wants equal rights
but they scratch and pull
because it has become a fight
not so beautiful

equality,
melted on the radiator
and then,
it failed to flow

it is a thin line,
between equality and power
if you want control
you need to find a tower
because all the castles
have been sold
to absolute rascals

it is a fight
to the bitter end of equality
we fail to realise
we hold different versions of reality
we all hold mirrors
reflecting different versions of vanity
we all place a different view
on each and every calamity
