From the Heart

i must talk from the heart
say what i really feel
and if i do not feel it then it is not real
how do you cope if you do not be –
honest and talk from the soul
how can you be happy if –
you hold it all in
you should talk from the soul –
and let it all go
it is the only place to begin
i must talk from the heart
if i cannot be honest with myself
who can i be honest with?
i am a stronger person these days
even if some days i fall apart
so what i can do, i will
really feel and talk from my heart
