two kids deceived by the lights
hoping the future would be bright
bet you do not remember now
of think of me in the day
hoping that it all turned out well
hoping that your life is going good
who knows what will happen
do you remember your friends
from all that time ago
do you remember Friday afternoons?
beneath the flats after school
had to be home by six
those days become dream like
do you remember our school?
going swimming in the pool
splitting up then making up
