A Similar Tune

well
we stand here
on our tiny strip of coast
perhaps
in years gone by
when with experience
we forgot to cry
i should have found a way
to hold you
to tell you
well…
the years have passed
and we have loved that cliche
of time moving too fast
now, once again
with weather changing
we find ourselves
in a new found room
with decoration so different
but a similar tune
