It Looks Good Outside

it looks good outside
today we were almost there
seen people stumbling about
everyone busy trying to work it out
without trying to work out themselves
it looks good outside
it is amazing that you are still here
i have got to tell you now
it looks like you know already
so i will keep my things and go
it looks good outside
and inside is probably shining to
something’s always bring happiness
and looking through a window
i know that this place is a mess
but we make the most of it
and we keep our heads above water
it looks good outside
and the days become shorter
and the nights become darker
in crowds, strange sounds emerge
seen god waiting out at the front
and the crowd starts to surge
everyone believing and pushing forward
it should not break out into a fight
it looks good outside
