Time To Get It Together

it is time to get it together
some people say we will all be finished soon
but if you look
they are outlined like a cartoon
certainly not real
some say the end is nigh
whilst in smoke filled worlds
everyone else seems high
and could not care less
if they are going to die
never the less it is real enough
some people still quote the bible
others scan the pages of books
for a little aesop fable
it is time to head our
it is time to make it big
give in to the stress of now
and walk out on heartache
it is time to start smiling again
it is time to move on
and divorce the pain
to which you have always been a victim
no time to get hurt
it is time to get it together
things could not be any worse
