The Courage of Self Truth

people do not do vulnerability
showing yourself
– taught it is weak
be open and be brave
in what you do and what you speak
this vulnerability
measured in courage
and an understanding
that i cannot measure the outcome
– your reaction to this
vulnerability it not a lack of boundaries
it is the courage of self truth
and that is why,
others push their shit on you
because they cannot be vulnerable
– they have not learnt
or being taught or even found a way
to be comfortable with their self truth
i feel for those people
for all i am or i am not
that courage to be vulnerable
has not been forgot
