The Blind Lead The Blind

the blind lead the blind
you lead me
and i will lead you
the blind lead the blind
i am following
and i am falling out of line
the world is collapsing
and we are all searching
for some kind of answer
but it does not suit us
or fit in with what we feel
the blind lead the blind
and that is real
i am following you
into a land of hope of glory
but the reality is hollow
and a different story
you lead me
and i will lead you
the world is darker than i hoped
the blind lead the blind
with eyes permanently closed
