That is a Fact

i thought i had everything
but really, i had nothing
with you,
i could could have been something
something so true
and although it does not make a difference
i keep telling,
of my feelings for you
you know how i feel, yes you do
everyone looks at me, some with affection
they say i am doing well
and that i have got myself real good direction
but sometimes,
it feel like i am living in a hell
and with the real world, i have no connection
i sit here tonight
thinking how good it could have been
i think i need a change of scene
everything seems to be repeating itself
and everything seems to get me down
just remember me, just do that
and i will be so happy, that is a fact
