It Has Been Raining Since Tuesday

hold me,
it is raining
you know,
it has being raining since tuesday
have i ever told you
you mean everything to me
you do what others never did
when asked to show me your heart
you never hid

hold me,
the sun is coming out
it is going to shine for a while
i see it in the smile
it has been raining since tuesday
now it is almost the end

hold me,
we could be everything
we could be best friends
people on the mend
people working through a diary
a story of unbelievable truth
