Sitting Shyly

i sit shyly in front of the t.v
i sit,
i scratch and i itch
and i am not so sure about me
suddenly,
i feel nervous about who i am
so i get up and i walk around
and i turn the sound down
wondering,
what is it that i have become
so many things have happened to me
and i am only young
sitting shyly
just thinking about me
