Since The Light Went Away
jotting down idiosyncratic words
and talking in idiosyncratic verse
it’s a strangers day
since the light went away
it’s a thief’s day
since the truth went away

No I didn’t think so either. I think when I was young, I was often over focused on having something finished and not really relaxing and just going with the flow a bit.
