Too Many Jigsaws
too many jigsaws
too many detective stories
the evidence is flimsy
you shouldn’t be prosecuted for memories
back to those jigsaws
the pieces don’t really fit
sometimes you cut them
to make them fit into place
but when you cut them they bleed
that’s another persons tears that you have to face
too many detective stories
too many trails to follow
the evidence is flimsy
and the case looks hollow
too many jigsaws
