How Long Will This Clock Tick For You?
it feels like a scrapheap
and i am looking for a part
they can crush my spirit
but never my true heart
it feels like a scrapheap
that some people feel lonely
as if they have been left behind
i wonder how long it will be
till you are no longer on my mind
how long will this clock tick for you
when will it actually unwind
jt feels like a scrapheap
with scrap piled up so very high
a lot of eyes look sad
and something inside dies
our dreams are the mountains
the ones we try to climb
youth with funny feelings
how quickly we leave it behind
how long will this clock tick for you
when will it quickly unwind
