When Did Compassion Leave Your Touch
why do you keep making out –
that people do not care for me
you try to force upon me –
what you believe without question
you attempt to choke me
using the things you claim to see
just as you have choked yourself
and for me to be loved,
for you to accept,
appears to be too much
so when did your compassion
leave your touch?
and why is all this so important to you
