What They Told Me
perhaps i should tell them
what he told me
perhaps i should keep it to myself
i might set them free
or keep them on the shelf
along with the jars of fear and insecurity
and a lack of compassionate wealth
perhaps i should tell them
what they told me
perhaps it might just help
it might set them free
and understand the feelings being felt
