The First Spring of Reality
that first moment –
that disappointment appears
that’s the first spring of reality
that’s when wild dreams you have –
get replaced by sanity
when the grass looked greener
but now you know the reality
that first time that i let you down
that proves i am human
with a complete human frailty
but i know it comes with disappointment
it’s the first spring of reality
