Be Honest With Yourself

just be honest with yourself
no one is fooled by such a disguise
especially,
when it is one of the poorest disguises –
that i have ever seen
just be honest with yourself
i know, i know it’s hard
and i know that it scares you
but that’s what i am here for
i come with no preconceptions about you
i’ve been put here
by the topsy-turvey hand of fate
just be honest with yourself
stop pretending and just let it all in
you will find that when you do
it will be the perfect place to begin
