There Are Three R’s – Written Wednesday 22nd February 2006 (Aged 30)

The Three R’s

there are three r’s
rejection
reassurance
you just have not found the third
you have found anger
you have found low self esteem
you have found a lack of confidence
but none of them begin with the letter r
rejection
reassurance
never getting enough of the latter
that is why it all tastes so bitter
and that is why,
it really matters
would you like to know about the third r?
the one,
the one that would complete the three r’s
to find that inner peace
the one that you have never found
rejection
reassurance
there are in fact three r’s
and the third one is quite simple
resolve
