She Looks Through My Work
she looks through my work
trying to find the verse
that make her theories work
do i have aspergers syndrome
how edifying,
to there alone,
looking through my half baked verse
trying to make pieces fit
trying to make a busted brain work
i leave some clues
but she is not interested in the good
only the negative,
so i leave red herrings
do i have aspergers syndrome
what about my blessings
she looks through my work
and forms crazy conclusions
like a hall of mirrors
and straight line illusions
she will never get to the real me
or come close to something
something that might just make sense
