Cry Wolf
your smokescreen of abuse
it makes me…
well, sick
it has a gut wrenching pull
one which –
sits in the pit of my stomach
let me tell you,
i have seen abuse
and i have felt abuse
and your cry wolf antics
well,
they disgust me
i find it –
selfish and self pitying
because i have known abuse
and i have seen abuse
and your smokescreen
well,
it makes me wretch
and i wonder –
how many times have you cried wolf
you know,
that childish device that you employ
and the one –
employed by children who like to sulk
all of it,
it makes me sick
and it disgusts me
