Creative Processes

i absolutely adore the creative process
i always have,
and it is hard to explain,
like trying to dissect personal rain
or unpick and unravel deeply felt pain
but i adore it,
it let’s something loose
it sets something free
my imagination is always out and about
my critical thinking,
is dancing with alternate realities
i am unbound,
once my mind has been set to complete –
the creative task
something in me,
never has to ask
i absolutely adore the creative process
you know that i do,
but it is so personal to me
even when it is often inspired by you
