Lenses Are in Short Supply
lenses are in short supply
a world,
without eyes
or just one view,
taught to them,
sat upon a pew
the empire story is there to be told
critical thinking,
soon gets sold
and the british flag,
it never gets cold
they were cowards
yet, somehow, the british were bold
inkwells with spilt lies to be told
lenses are in short supply
and it’s world,
without truthful eyes,
one which sees people gorge upon lies
