Tigers Run Wild
pulled my socks up
in readiness for mass change
days,
when insecurity had a sepia grain
who knows,
my insecurity may run and hide
but right now, it lives
with no thoughts about when it should die
days,
which churn up inside
make me pull up my socks
and like a rule which is about to change
i coughed, and ran towards my name
here i am, once again,
and the tigers run wild
dreams may become tame
but i am here, geared up for the change
