Perhaps I Read Too Much Into These Things
no has asked me,
if i am okay
the shadows have retreated
and my opinion of them
is now fully completed
trauma informed response
working environments –
with foundations of compassion
so maybe this is wartime
and this things have become rationed
but no one asked me,
if i am okay
and that, in itself, feels like a sign
that points me on my way
maybe i am over sensitive
after all, they do not owe me anything
i just thought the working relationship
between us,
it was worth something
