Feel You Here
At the moment
I feel you here,
somehow near.
I know
it’s that time of year,
but with a glance
and a step
I do feel you close by,
as if you are a letter
in my text.
I feel you close by
as your memory
opens up traps in my eyes.
And suddenly,
you are missed —
caught in a longing bubble
of when and what‑ifs.
And,
it’s true,
you are always missed.
In the rough and tumble of life
I miss you here,
but something deeper sits.
And at the moment,
right now,
you are deeply, deeply missed
and still loved.
