twenty something years
tumbled into,
thirty something tears

was i in a dream,
another being,
another time, another place
different objectives for me to lace

i get caught up –
in an endless tug of war
my eyes were weary
and my hands could not take anymore

we all live within our environment
not the moment,
it is a subconscious ident

there was a time –
when life was undressed
when there were no cleaners
none to clear up the mess
