I Used to Write Poetry

i used to write poetry
but now I just go mad
i used to duel with swords
but that was just a fad
i used to explore the outer north
but now I am content
and rarely truly bored
i used to ride around on a steed
but now I am mad
i just go with the need
i used to write verse
but now I am cooking breakfast
i leave it to those who can flirt
i used to write poetry
but now I just go mad
