i am 43
and look at this world
i find around me
give me a reason
there is beauty
but we are facing winter
the trees are dying
i do what i can

i find it, all around me
we fight stupidity first
and then we fight ignorance
for that, there is quite a thirst

at 33
i was pushing myself
and was dancing with insanity

at 23
i remember the buffers
and the blocks
the saturday nights
and thought,
when will this self destruction stop
self esteem is a exhausting fight

i am 43
and i have never felt so aware
