Sunrise

i met a girl, sunrise in my life
getting a ride to somewhere new
i still have not found paradise
but i will be home soon
she has plenty of friends
and she cares alot
i met a girl, sunrise in my eyes
it is so hot
i lost my mind, well i gave it away
to this girl in my life
who happened to be passing my way
deadly tequila’s in the sun
cannot be sitting about like this
got to get so many things done
there is tomorrow
and i should really be planning
but i do not know what is coming my way
anyway, by planning
i am wasting so much time living today
and anyway, i want to play lovers
i am scared, as well you know
so i will hide under the covers
i do not want the day to die
