People Let It Pass Them By

they do not understand brexit
so they let it pass them by
why take time to self educate
when there is no incentive to try
social media,
is all too, ‘political’
as they drop their children off at a struggling school
and visit dear old mum,
who cannot access social care support
she needs..
he senses,
that his time could be now
greatness was given,
if your skin was white
and your patriotism was driven
but it could never happen that way
and now there are more men
who cannot add up the hours in a day
everything happens,
as we let is pass by
that is why, there should always be an incentive to try
