Only Time

it is only time
a serving with your wine
wasted on me or wasted on you
i feel the need for relaxation
i could move, i could do
it is only time
mine and yours
steel or oak, heavy doors
so hard to open
a little push to one side
could be a massive token
it is only time
we are all trying
sighing or trying something solid
needs to be built
fighting with the sword
up to the hilt
sleeping on a bed of nails
sleeping with guilt
it is only time
yours and mine, only time
