See You Soon

do you remember –
writing me a letter?
catching a cold last december
things will be getting better
i have left so many things in the past
but now i am holding on
even if it does not last
do you remember our play of comedy
it seems such a farce
don’t you forget
write me a letter
tell me how you like to live
things i am sure will get better
just live out this trip
i will be there soon
so don’t become someone you miss
i will be there, so quick
as soon as i finish all this
