It Is Me
i do love you,
just me,
you know me,
i am the lead part
in my own kitsch like farce
i do want you,
just you,
when i wake up at six in the morning
dreading the alarm clock
i turn over,
i turn over and try to focus
on our bedroom
its blurry edwardian decoration
and we move closer as spoons
i do love you,
it is just,
well you know,
sometimes you do not see me,
or know that i am there
perhaps i am the problem
but i love you, i really care
you know,
crisis out of a drama
ploughing this field for so long
i am the worlds grumpiest farmer
i do love you
