Telling Me What to Do

governments,
tell me what to do
what to drink,
what to smoke,
what i should think
i am not ready to sip,
from the cocktail of ‘anarchy’
but i am wondering
if it is any good for me
taken to a war
that i did not want
that i did not believe in
as for all these spin doctors
i do not care too much
in this day and this age
where is the churchillian touch
governments,
put up billboards
just so i get the message
loud and very big
democracy seems tainted
with elections rigged
truth and honesty,
long since missed
