Won’t You Speak to Me

speak to me,
explain why i think like this
tell me why my brain is so
why somethings dazzle me
and others, i just let go
explain these fogs
that pass through the canals
explain my hyper sensitivity
can’t you?
speak to me
tell me why my mind rummages
through the maze of my imagination
why fires rage
and i struggle to put them out
i do not need help
or a billion hands
i just want to understand
