Fearless

i am not fearless –
by being strong
i am fearless –
because i am not afraid of my vulnerability
and i am not afraid of showing –
such fragility
i know my emotions –
and i am not afraid to shed tears
or pull up a chair –
and hold onto my fear

i am not fearless –
but equally
what should i do
i have showed my loneliness
and it is raw to see
i am not fearless –
by shouting out –
i am not fearless –
by screaming aloud
if i am fearless
it is because i do not fear my fragility
