Genetics?

am i my fathers child?
you said,
abusers often abuse
well, are we victims or fighters?
i know what i choose
your two plus two approach
to people and life
is understandable due to circumstance
but i am afraid, it is not right
am i a genetic failure
because a failure is a just a person
who see themselves as a victim
with so little to lose
well, are we victims or fighters?
tell me what you choose
not everything,
can be a reflection of me
you are your own person
with a rainbow personality
i cannot be looking for excuses
there just isn’t a point
