The Dance of the Sun and the Moon
as i sit,
i wish on what could have been.
i wonder—
could i have taken part
in the dance of the moon and the sun?
if i had,
would i have carried so many burdens,
when i was young?
as i sit,
and think of what begun,
i wish i had taken part—
in the dance of the moon and the sun.
