Normal Human Response

my mental illness and well being
is a response to experience and trauma
and in my teenage years,
through my twenties,
it socially disabled me
if there was ever a cage,
that held me back from talent and ability
it was that
and that is a fact
i responded as a human being
to what i had seen,
and those those things done to me
that is where i spiralled,
that is where my own collapse,
had a way which went personally viral
