Can You See the Sky

can you see the sky?
why does it turn and pry
hold it up,
to the light
let this feeling
hold me tight
why does time change everything
yet somehow change nothing
its hurting,
therefore it must mean something
i just want to flee
come back down
and find out who i can be
learn to be me
can you see the sky?
if you pull back blindness
if only we could try
hold it up,
to reflect the beautiful inside
