Mental Health
mental health –
has always been paramount to me
since i first collapsed
since that car hit me –
and i was told i had to go back
mental health –
deeply aware
of the scars that run through my personality
my own ‘over’ sensitivity
and my concern about concrete realities
mental health –
for people like me
it is as important, if not more so –
than physical frailty
mental health –
has always taken precedent
our grip on reality is fragile
something we should all know
