Stimulation – Written Tuesday 24th January 2006 (Aged 30)

Stimulation

if you do not take information in
if you do not respond
then relationships never grow
that is the water
that is what you need to know
if someone writing a book
all about their life
if it is read,
yet no emotion, no feeling expressed
that it has been a waste
if a hundred poems are completed
yet it does not change a face
then a relationship is aborted
we respond to our environment
what we see
who we meet
our collective and individual experience
if none of this has any impact
then what are we living for
if a hundred poems
contain no surprise
then i am truly amazed
if you do not take information in
then no one one will give out
