Donna – Written Between February and June 1995 (Aged 20)

Donna

have you seen her –
have you ever seen donna?
have you ever held her –
have you ever –
hung out with her?
must have something to share
must be because we care
emotional things –
we are only human beings
we cannot help that
i am just a learner –
when it comes to donna
i want to get further
in the world of donna
everyone needs a donna
someone they can respect
everyone holds someone –
and they want to hold a donna
if you ever see donna –
remember me to her
because she knows i care
and if you do see donna –
tell her that i am here
