I Am Sitting Here

i am sitting here
watching my world fall apart
i am thinking of you
and it is tearing out my heart
i am sitting here
watching my own personal apocalypse
i am thinking of you
and i find myself in so many bits
my feelings just a jigsaw,
yet none of the pieces seem to fit
i am sitting here
watching from the deck
i am thinking of you
as we plunge to the icy depths
i am sitting here
watching everything go to waste
i am thinking of you
and i wonder if you can see my face
we are heading for the end of our worlds
so help me, help me pack my case
