Feel Numb

feeling so numb
disembodied voices
not connected to the people
that i see
i could have held forever
i could have held you for real
if only we could be together
feeling so numb
had to look back
and blink away the tears
that had come
and made me bleed
without you
so much need
feeling so numb
not connected to reality
or what i see
all and everything is surreal
all except what i feel
fingers hunger for touch
i feel so numb
and i need you so much
