Sitting In My Room

sitting in my room
i do not know what to do
i am getting hung up –
over you
it is just another day
another day of living
that feeling –
of not being in control
when you know
something has already been told
sitting in my room
do you know –
what i have been through
it still hurts
after all these years
dad gave me nothing
except tears
