Caravan
somewhere,
the train fell off the tracks
and as i sat by the tracks
some beautiful people
made their way back
and on the journey,
between boy and man
someone fixed the wheels
and painted this gypsy caravan
and though the gypsy remains
the one that lived a childhood,
with a million different names
somewhere,
i did not do as well as i could
they said i should do it in stone
and i gave them balsa wood
so i made it alone
they wanted a couple
i chose an armchair instead of a throne
the train never met the station
and a cynical nature
replaced a pure nature
somewhere, somewhere so deep
