Format

should i look back
under,
some kind of duress
view my memories on a different format
blueray, betamax or vhs
what will do
in an age of social media –
maybe instagram and youtube
maybe it is not true
that there is an attic in a house
with a sepia view
where colours seem infinite shades of blue
should i look back with kindness
and some caress
view my memories on a different format
laserdisc, cinefilm or just vhs
in an age where –
people could be stop frame animated
or just animated –
from all the photographs they have taken
what is there to do
memories will be a real time format
and always available for us to view
